Support is good. Would be good if there was an in-between plan or a custom rate for one service/change without having to pay $20USD per month for it.

Love this, now its integrated into Shopify admin pages it is even easier to add totally bespoke customisation options to my products.
But what makes this 5 stars is when you have a problem, Shopstorm get back to you so quickly, and really want to help. I moved to a new theme and snippets where updated and some coding which I would never have been able to do.
Really recommended.
Just wonderful! The best App to use. So easy and straight forward. I haven't even read the help guide yet as I haven't needed it. Very easy to figure out on your own.
