Kevon and his team always respond right away when we need some updating or have questions. So many of our products need unique personalization options and Product Options and Customizer allows us to offer a wide variety for our customers.

Very good little app that does exactly what we wanted. There was a small glitch with it on our site and the support team jumped right onto it and sorted it out for us right away. Very happy with the product and support.

Wonderful app! Easy to use and rarely ever have issues with it. The few times we do, their support team is always quick to help us fix it.

This app was exactly what we were looking for. It was super easy to install and the setup instructions were simple and easy to understand. What was taking forever to figure out with the default Shopify variants took about 1 minute to setup with this app. Definitely recommend it!! :)

The app is so easy to use on our end and for our customers. I used it for years without having any questions. When I finally needed to reach out to customer service to ask for help, they were so thorough and walked me right through my needs! I'm so thankful!

Tech support was awesome!! I love this add-on to my Shopify site. It allows me to create purchasing programs, with multiple options for my customers that are clear and easy to follow. Had to run the set-up wizard and somehow made a mistake along the way, but tech support had it fixed in no time. Thanks! Love this app

This is one of three customiser apps I tried for burntsoul.com. After a few days of trials, I found that this was by far the most user-friendly and flexible app I could find. Since downloading two months ago it has reduced our service time on customer queries whilst increased sales on our customised product considerably. The support is also second to none with help always given out of hours in the quickest response time. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it... well worth the money!! I have been using the app for a while now and the customizations are great. I also had a issue with a checkout button and Kevon with customer service was able to solve a simple issue that no one else would address including Shopify customer service.
