PC ‑ Product Options

I contacted customer service regarding an issue with my product customizer app on my website. The drop-down menus were not automatically populating the price of each item. Deep was very helpful to address the issue along with resolving the issue in less than 10 minutes. I got a bit screwed over by the shift away from “legacy” websites, but the customer service was super fast and helpful in fixing that.

I tried a LOT of custom field apps before landing on this one, and it is by far the best. My products are unique so it is nice that I am able to name each field uniquely.

The Product Options & Customizer app provides many options to differentiate your products, and allows you to create your own customization categories. The process of creating and adding options is straightforward, and easy to understand. You can then create templates with a specific set of options that can be mass applied to products, saving a ton of time.

While creating our website and utilizing this app, we had a few fixes that needed to happen (ie. options not lining up correctly on the page and applying templates), and Aman was so quick to respond, and so quick to address and fix any issues we were having. Their customer service and support are top notch.

This app is relly good. I have used it on my website for more than 5 years. I got a problem only once, and they solved it in 2 minutes. They offer you support 24 hours. Super happy! I highly recommend it.

This app is great! I offer different chain lengths and earring closure options for one-of-a-kind jewelry, which means that Shopify’s bulit-in variations won’t work for my products. Product Options & Customizer lets me add drop-down option lists with the click of a button.

I ran into a little hiccup after installing the app and Shevaughn was exceptional! The issue was resolved right away. I would recommend this app for anyone wanting to give customers the option to personalize or customize any products as well, it’s great!

Using the free version has provided me with valuable options to enhance my store, the team behind the app are very responsive and helped to set up the options aswell as iron out a cart page error I was having.
