Product Customizer is awesome, and Justin is a great help.
I needed help resizing a text area after adding it and Justin just did it for me.
We also needed it because we have a huge number of options/permutations (some products having 120+ color options). I just pasted all 120+ color codes into the option, and they all showed up and look great.
Update 2015-08-07:
We needed a little help again, and Justin logged right on and fixed a problem with one of our e-mail templates.
The app is great, and so is the support.
Really good product so far, and a really good support team! Was a little confused first setting it up, but their support team was really great about helping me work through it. They even downloaded the theme I was using for testing purposes.

Almost everything on my website has to be customized, and I had no idea where to start to make that happen. After I found this app, I didn't know how to install it. They simply took care of it, and then followed up to make sure I knew how to work it and to make sure everything was working properly.

While the app is great and super helpful by adding options to my products... I have a big tip of my cap to the Customer Support team for helping me with a Shopify issue, specifically Kevon. Kevon from the Help Center walked me through the issues on the Live Chat (on a SUNDAY) and addressed everything single issue. Even manually worked some things on his end to make sure all problems were resolved. I'm new to e-commerce and he was able to break down resolutions in a simple and effective manner to help me get exactly what I wanted. Thank you Kevon... enjoy your discount code now!
