Coming from a stickler: these guys are AMAZING. If you need anything at all, customer service is there for you. Extremely fast and helpful. Any questions I have (had some questions about compatibility with certain themes like Debutify, as well as some questions on automated communication with my supplier) Aman knows exactly how to explain to me what the Product Option Customizer is capable of and he can go right into my settings and help me change things so I don't need to lift a finger. Thank you Aman!

We use this app to allow our customers to add personalisation to some of products.
It works really well and is easy to set up and use.
We have only needed tech support once so far and the team were super quick to reply and sorted the issue for us straight away.

I have used this App for a few years. Now it is not fully support vintage theme. They advised me upgrade to theme OS2.0. They helped me to solved all my problems patiently. They are very friendly and professional. I will recommend other sellers to use this App. Thank you

Easy to use and works well. Just check shopify doesn't expect you to upgrade your theme, without telling you, so the app stops working with the old theme.

I Love that this app allows you to use the free plan to test/use all the features (One product at a time). That particular set up really helped me offer a featured product with a special customization. The idea to customize one product at a time as a special deal hadn't occurred to me until the free version only allowed one product at a time. I think it's going to work out great to start with and I will probably be able to upgrade to the next level plan if needed as my business grows. The zoom support call I scheduled was super helpful too! Thank you Product Customer! I count you a blessing from God!
