I raised a bug to them and they fixed it very fast. Easily allows my customers to personalize their jewelry and saves a lot of time for drop downs.

We deal in personalised gifts for all ages and occasions and got fed up with the dysfunctional approach we had to make do with in gathering customers' personalisation requests via email or message boxes. Often customers would not understand the options open to them or what constitutes as a character or exceed their character limit.
This app is great as it allows the customer to try out their personalisation request on the page before submitting. They cannot exceed the character limit and we can easily copy and paste their request into our production process.

I'm still learning how to use this app with my store, as my store is relatively new. I figured out how to add the customization through Googling and YouTube, but had some trouble when I tried to add customization to a second product a couple of weeks later. I reached out to support, and they very quickly got back to me and fixed my issue for me. I definitely see this app being super beneficial for my store, and the customer support behind the app is incredible.

Sometimes the app gets corrupted very inconveniently, but the support staff is very enthusiastic. The application is very good and worth using. Although the application is prone to errors, but because the support staff is enthusiastic, I give 5 stars for this application. Great....
