Love this app! It's so much better then the one we were using before!!
So far so good - the app does everything it on the tin, is easy to use and the customer service is top notch - responses within one hour of requesting assistance.
J'ai pris le Basic plan, j'avais un peu de difficulté à comprendre, mais rapidement le service à la clientèle m'a pris en charge et m'a été d'une aide formidable !

This app helped me add all the customizations that I needed for multiple products on my site that shopify native didnt handle. I am also very impressed with their customer service. So far the team has helped me through many issues and even worked on custom code to help me implement my changes.

Had a small issue setting up the program so I asked for some help. Replied in less than an hour and fixed it before the end of the day. I added them as a temporary employee of the store so they could go in and fix it.

We use the Product Customizer app to offer embroidery on our site. It is by far the best solution we've had on any platform. Technical support was excellent. ShopStorm were able to do what no other app developer could - they made sure this app functions perfectly in our ajax cart and integrates seamlessly with our external systems. This is absolutely the best solution for embroidery on Shopify.
Excellent customer service, they helped me with some issues and helped to modify our store...........
