The App is very good but nothing on this planet is perfect so I can't give 5 stars. I will say, the response from customer service is outstanding. Whenever there has been an issue, the service team gets "ON IT" immediately. The app does have a few limitations but when used for it's intended purpose, it can't be beat! Way to go PC!

The product options and customization process in itself is pretty simple. Had a small hiccup during the process and was resolved by Mr. Deepanjoy from customer support in no time. Highly Recommend.

Just downloaded the app and on their trial and ran into an issue related to the customized option pricing not appearing in the cart. Reached out to their support and got a response back very quickly. A great app for all those is product customization business. I am more than pleased with level of professional assistance from the team. Their response is timely and always go an extra mile to answer your query. The upload of the images into Shopify is seamless when using this app.
