Super app! Easy to use. Super service too. Thanks a lot.

This is one of three customiser apps I tried for burntsoul.com. After a few days of trials, I found that this was by far the most user-friendly and flexible app I could find. Since downloading two months ago it has reduced our service time on customer queries whilst increased sales on our customised product considerably. The support is also second to none with help always given out of hours in the quickest response time. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it... well worth the money!! I have been using the app for a while now and the customizations are great. I also had a issue with a checkout button and Kevon with customer service was able to solve a simple issue that no one else would address including Shopify customer service.

I needed a bit of help setting up on my new theme - and the live chat was answered immediately and they set it up to work within 2 minutes, so helpful!

Kevon was great with an adjustment i requested for my website. He was polite, efficient and made such a difference to how the app works on my store. Thank you so much!

This app has saved me hours and hours of adding in all of my product options! The product variants in Shopify are fine if you only have a couple of options, but I have way more. Product Customizer not only saved me a ton of time entering all these options, but the save and apply option set feature saved me even more. This is way worth the $4 a month, thanks Product Customizer!

The app was working amazingly fine not sure what has happened it has now totally stopped working. The service team email you saying it all fine but has not checked if it working or not. And has created alot of problems for us. ALL FIXED AND ALL WORKING

My store has been using this priceless app for the past year and it has been incredible. 99% of our products are customizable, and this app is THE most bang for any buck spent! Rather than spend thousands of dollars on experts to properly code our site, we've employed this app by ShopStorm and it has proven invaluable.
