Love this app - it has changed the functionality of my store IMMENSELY and I could not use the shopify website if not for the app. My store is comprised of ALL items that involve multiple variants, so this app makes it easy and user-friendly. Very pleased.

Our business concept at waytorenew.com, is only possible because of the "Product Customizer". It's now possible for us to customize each product just how the customer want it. What is also important is, that the "Product Customizer" makes it possible to customize the price on each product depending on the options the customer makes.
Also i want to mention the customer service at Shopstorm - it's really good. They will help you with every single problem you might have, and quite fast.

I used this app to help me add a specific customization where some items would require an up-charge. Even though the app did not work perfectly at first, tech support was quick and helpful! Questions were answered on a Sunday. Tech support kept e-mailing me as well, making sure that everything was working correctly. Great experience!

We love the product customizer app. It works perfectly for our store and is at a great price point. Kevon from their customer service department is top notch and has went out of his way on a Saturday to help us with complicated code that was needed for our theme for our website to run properly. Highly recommend this app. Thank you Kevon! You're the best :) Update: We had multiple glitches over and over with this app. We lost hundred of dollars from the app not charging orders as expected. Even after speaking with customer service multiple times in one day, the app still failed. I would use caution adding this app to your store.

The is the best app EVER! I have tried so many apps in an effort to offer more options. They have all been so difficult to use, not user friendly at all. They've all required extensive coding, tagging all your items, etc. I was up and running within minutes with this app and I'M LOVING IT! Customer service with installation help was super fast and I didn't have to even get frustrated!

Ive had this app for over two years and it always gave me issues. Sometimes it doesn’t record the options that cost more and that cause issues with my customers. I would have to manually send my clients invoices or they would just cancel the order. Its crashed multiple times and is a hassle to use. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Product Customizer works great and Ryan is really fast with support. We did extensive customisation of the UI on top of Product Customizer and Ryan was able to answer our many questions on APIs that are not officially documented, making it much easier for us to achieve the UI we wanted.

I wanted to customize my products on my shop where I sell artwork and customized art prints.

I tried different solutions (shopify apps) but none of them worked quite as I expected. So I was actually not convinced that Proct Customizer would be able to deliver a satiesfied solution. But it did and the team from Shopstorm was very helpful.

Daniel (my new best supporter friend) helped me through the entire setup. And he even installed the app properly and helped me with some issues with my theme. I know what I want and Daniel made it happen.

If possible I would give the team and the app 10 stars.

I feel quite safe and I know that they will make the product even better over time. And that is very important to me!

Got stuck trying to navigate this app, reached out to customer service and got Aman and he sorted out all my questions within the first 5 minutes of making contact. Defiantly a great app to have with your online store as the customer service is top notch. thanks again Aman you Legend.
