Fast response time!

So far, the app is enabling options for my store that were limited by Shopify, and that was my initial goal. I had tried another app before and had issues specially with their support which made me uninstall the previous one and try this one.
I can't say enough how well impressed I am with Product Options & Customizer support. The tech team is amazing, very professional and very fast in answering my questions and helping me out with the app integration. Best of all during the set up process i had an issue and the chat support reached out right away, worked with me to get it fixed and even customized it more for me based on what i wanted. 10 out of 10 on customer support.

I have been using this app for around a year and the support is unmatched. I did have an issue with my coding at first and the team worked on the issue until they were able to fix it, any time since then that ive needed support they have always promptly handled the issue. I have never dealt with better customer service than these guys! They are awesome! rest assured if any issues arise for you, they will handle it and get the job done.

I'm currently using Premium Customizer for $29.90/month. They do have WhatsApp support. However, the app only functions correctly if the theme is set to direct customers to the cart page when they add products to their cart. I offer an option where customers can choose to either view the cart or continue shopping after adding an item. I’ve spent over 10 hours creating these options and products, but when I check the cart, it incorrectly shows a total of $1,878,800.00 and support hasn't been able to fix this issue. The only solution is to configure is to have the cart button to redirect to the cart page immediately after a customer adds a product, which will decrease the sale conversion, I just wanted to have +100 variant option for few of my products but I'm gonna have to use a different app. Don't waste your time if you don't want this option. Although they helped me on support very well through Whatsapp.

I am a small business owner and just recently discovered, “Product Options and Customizer” and it has made my life so much easier! Now, my customers can easily fill out customizations on the listing itself in a very clean and organizational way! I also requested the help from a representative regarding a subscription issue and the gentleman named Aman was so kind and took the time to help me and solved my issue so quick! I highly recommend, 10/10!

The Product Options & Customizer app provides many options to differentiate your products, and allows you to create your own customization categories. The process of creating and adding options is straightforward, and easy to understand. You can then create templates with a specific set of options that can be mass applied to products, saving a ton of time.

While creating our website and utilizing this app, we had a few fixes that needed to happen (ie. options not lining up correctly on the page and applying templates), and Aman was so quick to respond, and so quick to address and fix any issues we were having. Their customer service and support are top notch.

I've been using this app since I launched my store, and its the perfect app to give my customers options. The customer service is also amazing as well, once my app wasn't working properly, I reached out and the team was able to help address this issue in a timely matter. I'd definitely recommend this app to every Shopify owner!
