We have been using this app for a long time, and it has been great. Today, I was having an issue with an image not showing up correctly, and Shevaughn resolved it for me. I really appreciated the quick response and helping me find a solution. Thank you, Shevaughn!
Update 4/19/23- we have been using this app for about 5 years on both of our websites. We use it to customize our product with embroidery and gift wrap. We recently updated our theme and had to also do some changes to our customizations. Shevaughn was great again with helping us do that. He has been a huge help. We highly recommend this app and this company. Customer service is excellent!

We’ve been using app for several years to add custom options to products and it has always worked seamlessly for us. But they really stand out from a support perspective. In our migration to a 2.0 theme, they went above and beyond to ensure the app was installed and working before we published. Good support is not a given anymore, but this company really shines. Just an Ace program! Works flawlessly compared to other apps on the Shopify market. They really got it going great. Only gripe I have is that I wish you could move around variants easier. You can get around that by having a text file with all your variants and slide it around.
