I'm not very tech savvy and was having difficulty installing it. The customer service was wonderful and took care of installing it properly and got it working correctly.

Product Customizer is awesome, and Justin is a great help.
I needed help resizing a text area after adding it and Justin just did it for me.
We also needed it because we have a huge number of options/permutations (some products having 120+ color options). I just pasted all 120+ color codes into the option, and they all showed up and look great.
Update 2015-08-07:
We needed a little help again, and Justin logged right on and fixed a problem with one of our e-mail templates.
The app is great, and so is the support.
This is a great app and was easy to install and easy to use, perfect for my store! I had one minor problem and the support staff sorted it very quickly. Fantastic!

Love this app and the support team behind it!
Almost everything on my website has to be customized, and I had no idea where to start to make that happen. After I found this app, I didn't know how to install it. They simply took care of it, and then followed up to make sure I knew how to work it and to make sure everything was working properly.
