5 star customer service. But, if you have a Shopify 2.0 theme be aware there are glitches in the cart that they cannot rectify. The cart visibly updates and loops and displays a crossed ruler and pencil with the app name, visible to the customer for seconds (I took a screenshot). Was told they are aware and working on this with no date for the fix. I spent hours working on product variants before realizing this glitch that I could not live with. You can also not use the drawer cart style with this app at all. Aman was very helpful with customizing the app otherwise. There should be a disclaimer about this glitch and Shopify 2.0 themes before Shopify merchants upload this app to their sites.

Such a great experience dealing with their support team. They are prompt to email replies, and detailed in their answers. I HIGHLY recommend them. Great service.
There are some glitches where if I delete a line and add it, my option lines are no longer in order, so I found a work around where I added more lines than I needed, and delete the lines accordingly. Also, it would be excellent if this app could include a way to delete multiple lines.
Also, if for future updates you add radio buttons and check boxes, and a way to format the option boxes that would be great.
Nevertheless, it is a great product!
Not only is this a brilliant app, but the customer service is second to none!
Firstly, I felt a little worried about inserting the snippet correctly, but then they offered to do it for me! ("What?..and for nothing?!")
Then I was a bit ham-fisted, and fouled something up on their perfect code..(I really should leave these things well-alone!) but they very happily fixed it for me in no time at all! If all other software companies worked like this, I'd be skipping through fields of sunlit daisies all my life!!
Seriously though. It's so much better than others I could mention (and have actually tried before)..I particularly love the way you can simply create complete banks of questions or question-types and then re-deploy them on any new products you choose to advertise. This alone saves hours or bleary-eyed key-smashing angst!

So far so good. I am still learning how to use this app but it's delivering so far. I will say Customer Service is excellent. I love to be able to get someone on chat quickly and they can answer my questions without having to pick up the phone. I hate the phone. These guys are on top of it! I highly recommend. I'll update if anything changes but for now, I am happy.

Remarkable! If your product has more than 99 variants then this app was designed for you. It's extremely easy to use and has features that will save you a lot of time when publishing your new product. Not only can you have full control over stylizing the customizer to fit your theme, but the customer support guru's are very eager to make sure your experience with Product Customizer is the absolute best.
