This app is perfect for my store, I have way too many variations for the products that I offer and Product Customizer makes everything so much easier. I love the feature that allows me to save a specific set of variants and then save it so I can apply it to another product! 5 stars all the way!
This app generally provides a great deal additional function to my e-commerce store, and for that it's worth the price... However, the way product additions are calculated and displayed to the customer are pretty confusing. I'd prefer those calculations to be displayed differently, or not at all. The best part of this app is the lightening fast customer service and support. Whereas Shopify itself is doing a very poor job at support and follow up, Product Customizer steps in with nearly immediate follow-up and hassle-free resolution. I appreciate that!

Our business is all about customization with options for fabrics, colors, variants & sizes. After checking out several apps, we are very pleased to have chosen PO&C due to convinience and superb customer support. In our experience so far they have the most responsive team, not hesitant to answer our questions immeditately and caring enough to be investing hundreds of dollars into experience of our customers.
The issue we had was an added value option that wouldn't get removed from the cart on the mobile version without a user manually inserting a "0" value. Sean and the PO&C team were very enthusiastic about it and have invested more that our yearly subscribtion.
That tells a lot about a client satisfaction orientation of this app developer business. Very impressed with their attitude and sure that this kind of approach will be attracting great results for all - their clients and the clients of their clients ))

The support team is amazing! I can’t aay enough good things about them! The are truly great. Another app kept freezing my form I was trying to build, but I love how I can require certain info if I have a custom order before they can add it to the checkout page.
I changed my the email because I didn’t like the layout, they sent me an email and have my product pages exactly how I want them. Simple, clean, and options.
This app is exactly what I was looking for. I run a store selling personalized gifts and I could not run it without the use of this app. It enabled me to have as many variant fields as I needed and allows to me to collect personalized information with the use of text fields. Installation is very straight forward with there step by step guide. If you have a problem with installation the staff is very helpful and experienced.
