Great customer service. Technical support is excellent. There is a little shortcoming that some minor problems need to be solved by contacting customer service, rather than perfect from the beginning.

Je trouve que leur service est #1. L'application est simple et efficace, j'ai appréciez leurs appelle de suivit suite à l'installation. Cependant j'attend avec impatience l'option live view pour donner l'expérience maximal à mes clients.

The customer service support offer by Kevon and Aman has been top-notch. They are usually pretty on it both in terms of response time and ability to make small changes within the app. The only reason for not full five star- some of the features of the app seem to work intermittently.

We had a brief outage and Deep and team were quick to address it and get the issue resolved. They had it resolved within Half Hour. They responded to my initial email within minutes. Really appreciate this team.

Excellent tool - simplifies the entire process of variables and custom elements. Quick install and solid instruction and documentation.

Service is prompt (Deepanjoy just fixed an issue for us extremely quickly) but the app does run into issues every now and then hence not the full 5 stars :) have been using this app for a few years now and will continue to support it.

Not exactly what i want, but it works for now. Not the quickest support, but they will make sure they attend to you. thanks guys.

The Product Customizer app saves me so much time and money!
Lots of rings we sell comes in the customer's choice of 24 different sizes, plus 5 different material options, plus 13 different center stone shapes, PLUS 9 different center stone sizes! These multiple different options used to mean that every ring spent hundreds of SKUs and without upgrading to a higher level of Shopify, I'd be limited to a very small selection of jewelry.

This app allows me to add different product options without the hassle of a 100,000 excel sheet for each product import -- and the saved sets make it a task that takes less than 5 seconds for each product.

I love it!

That said, my only wish for this product would be that it would allow for different product options input by Product Optimizer to update the cost of the product (like having different variants in Shopify does). Update: February 2017 I had asked for this variant pricing option for a year or more and it looks like the team at Product Customizer added this feature. I'll be using it soon.

I have used this app for years, but the recent update has created issues without any warning. Hoping that in the new year they can resolve the flickering at checkout as it has an impact on user's trust at a crucial moment

Overall, solves a need. Easy to add and edit options. The way it calculates price differences is bulky though, based in small coins instead of a whole. Makes pulling reports more difficult as well as changing/upgrading themes. Support is helpful
