I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Thank you so much :)

Coming from a stickler: these guys are AMAZING. If you need anything at all, customer service is there for you. Extremely fast and helpful. Any questions I have (had some questions about compatibility with certain themes like Debutify, as well as some questions on automated communication with my supplier) Aman knows exactly how to explain to me what the Product Option Customizer is capable of and he can go right into my settings and help me change things so I don't need to lift a finger. The app has helped me include variations to my products that i otherwise couldn't have. The support is very good, in particular a support technician named Aman, he has very good knowledge and helped me massively!
