We have been using this app for many years, and had been essential for our type of products. The app is easy to use, has all the functions we need and is very customisable to suit your product requirements. We have only ever had one issue, there was an immediate answer and they were onto it with a quick fix. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs to add customised features to their products.
I've been using this app since I launched my store, and its the perfect app to give my customers options. The customer service is also amazing as well, once my app wasn't working properly, I reached out and the team was able to help address this issue in a timely matter. I've tried quite a few of customizer apps over the years and this is my favorite to date based on options and price. Set up is quick and easy and the customer services is great as well.

I have used this App for a few years. Now it is not fully support vintage theme. They advised me upgrade to theme OS2.0. They helped me to solved all my problems patiently. They are very friendly and professional. I will recommend other sellers to use this App. Thank you

The Support Team
The Product Options & Customizer app provides many options to differentiate your products, and allows you to create your own customization categories. The process of creating and adding options is straightforward, and easy to understand. You can then create templates with a specific set of options that can be mass applied to products, saving a ton of time.
While creating our website and utilizing this app, we had a few fixes that needed to happen (ie. options not lining up correctly on the page and applying templates), and Aman was so quick to respond, and so quick to address and fix any issues we were having. Their customer service and support are top notch.
