Started using Product Customizer this morning for personalised wedding invitations. Found the app very helpful, easy to setup and perfect for my requirements.
I first started to use this product for the more obvious use of data input from customers for personalised products such as the one found here [http://www.marriedwithlove.com/collections/personalised-wedding-invitation-stamps/products/personalised-stamp-flower-birds-style-stamp]
I then noticed that I had product collections which when completed had over 100 variants which Shopify cannot handle. This app lets you create another category provided it does not change the price. I was offering different colour variations with no price difference, using Product Customizer I was able to give my customers the option to select from each category which would have otherwise been impossible.

I am very impressed with the customer service for this app. I reached out about an issue I was having with my theme... It's a long story, but the theme developer as well as both other apps involved, deflected the issue and said they couldn't help me, it must be someone else's fault, so it's not our problem. The CS for this app fixed my issue and it wasn't anything to do with their app!! They went above and beyond for me and I won't forget it! Thank you Product Customizer Team!

I have been using many apps for customizing the options and variants for my products. I can say confidently that this app is the best app. Easy to use, the options will be applied instantly on any product, and on top of this, they do have such great customer service. So yes this app is definitely worth 5 Stars

I used this app to create product attribute for my client website. I having issue on the attribute positioning and live chat with support. The support response within few second and help me resolve my issue asap. Very good support.

Product Customizer tackles a long list of requirements for our site, including product options, customizations, graphic file uploads, and additional charges for various features. Recently, we switched themes within Shopify and the transition was seamless (with a little bit of advice from their friendly Tech Support staff). Highly recommend Product Customizer.
