Just switched over from another product options app and have been pleased with this app so far. Functions well.

On my initial setup, I quickly found out that I needed help. I started a chat session with Shevaughn and explained what I was trying to accomplish with the Customizer app. We worked through different scenarios together, and he wrote custom code for me. It tested perfectly! This App is truly a great product and has even better customer service. What a great choice!

The app is extremely easy to use, and works very well! We were able to make all of the customizations needed for our site using it. Also customer service was quick and friendly which is always 50,000,000 points of awesome

This is the only app for me! Very helpful when you have multiple sizes, colors, or customizable items like my store (orchardstreetgifts.com). Also - if you have multiple items in your inventory with the same features you can save a set and reuse the same set up for multiple items. Saving time and frustration! Highly recommended!!

Basically, we give our money away and someone thanks us... But in this case, I wanna thank the people who provide this awesome app.. and thank you for providing a system that I was in desperate need of... so essentially thank you for taking my money!

Yaneeke, Steven, Jim, Collins and everyone else have been amazing and went out of their way to make sure this app worked with my theme and worked properly in my shop. It's not every day you run into a mod or app provider that wants to take the extra steps for their customers. And I truly appreciate it.

That aside... the app's features are crazy. Most of my products can be personalized and or has multiple colors etc. So I was looking for something like this. But when I saw the demos of the products and what it can do... the date picker... the swatch selector... the actual font preview selector... I was in awe. This was what I needed and so much more. Well worth the subscription price for me... as now it opens up more options for my customer... and the ability to be able to accommodate them more.

I got this app a few weeks ago and it has given me all the additional options I wanted to have on my products. I'm not an expert but even I have been able to setup products how I would like to present them. Today (Sunday) I had an issue with seeing the variable information on an order so I sent an email to the support team and straightaway got a response from Aman who jumped onto the site and corrected settings that I had not completed. Thank you, it is greatly appreciated.
