This is a fantastic app. Yes, there are some free apps available that allow customers to customize products, but they all seem to be missing something that is kinda crucial, like adding different prices to different variations. This app has everything. It is so simple an easy to use and looks great in the storefront. The staff are super helpful and respond quickly. I appreciate that the ordering process is going to be more hands-off, meaning I can get my products out faster.

What a fantastic app! I would seriously urge anyone selling personalized products to get it at once!

Great interface, helpful and friendly support and simple to install the little bit of code needed (which is made even easier with the detailed tutorial vids).

Can not recommend this app enough!

So far so good, I have tried a bunch of product options apps and has other have said they were just a pain or took to much time and being fiddly, so far if I could give 20 stars, I would.

Great App, Great Service! This app allows me to have customers apply customization to only the products that I choose rather than my whole product line. Love the way the customization is captured in the order form prior to check out as well. Thanks for your prompt response to my inquiry for help installing the customizer on my product!

Hoping that support gets better. We had an issue where the prouct dropdowns we created stopped calculating and adding the extra charges to the customization. For example, we might offer customers the ability to upgrade to white glove delivery for an extra fee. This is currently not adding the extra fee at all. When I recorded a video gif of the problem and sent them a link, they tried to say it's slow internet even though my gif clearly shows the blunder happening. Hoping to update my review once they fix it, but going on day 3 during one of the biggest selling periods of the year for us (mother's day) without a fix. UPDATE: Customizer has been fixed and is working, although I'm going to keep this review at 3* until it works solidly for a month without a hiccup.

This app constantly crashes, you have to check it everyday to ensure its options are working. Today noticed options were missing, clicked on app, it had an update of the app. App updated and now I can't see any of my account information. Page comes up blank. Been waiting on support response all day. Customers cannot check out due to issues on the listing not showing. it's good when it does decide to work. but the inconsistency is truly getting annoying.

We are aware that you are experiencing an issue where product options seem to be getting duplicated when creating new products. Unfortunately, we have not been able to replicate the issue yet. Our team will be reaching out to you shortly to arrange a meeting so that we can observe the issue and troubleshoot it with you in real-time.

Regarding the issue with the email associated with your account, this typically comes from the email associated with your Shopify account, which we cannot alter. We were able to manually update your email address in our system to rectify this, but we still recommend that you doublecheck Shopify to ensure that the correct information is there as well.

We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and are determined to make this right for you.

Update 1/30/2024: The problem you are experiencing is due to duplicating a product. When you do this, all of the options show up on the duplicated product. In order to get past this, you will have to create a new product instead of duplicating.

We attempted to meet with you regarding your concerns and you did not want to get on a Zoom call. A representative of our team has also sent you an email. We are going to be attempting to have a call with you within the next 24 hours to assist you. We would appreciate being able to walk with you through everything that you need.
