Product Options & Customizer

I have been using this app for my custom stationery store for several years. I recently changed theme and was struggling with options not showing. I jumped straight on to chat and had excellent customer support from Lasandra who resolved the issue very promptly!

We’ve been using PC ‑ Product Options for our custom apparel store, and it’s been a game changer. The app is flexible, user-friendly, and allows us to offer a wide range of customization options exactly how we need them.

One of the features we really appreciate is the conditional logic—it lets us create a more streamlined experience for customers. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed support, the team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They even worked with us to explore unique setups like offering the first customization for free and pricing additional ones.

Customizer works awesome until it doesn't. The app does not charge the customer for customizations and we are loosing money on it. Support takes days to fix and then the app works for a while until it doesn't. The app repeats this cycle over and over. Contacted support 4 days ago and nothing yet. Working on contacting support now.

Support Contacted me back and we are working on the problem. Possible Theme problem and may need to change themes to solve the problem.

Great app with excellent customer support! I needed a way to add hyperlinks within forms, which isn't a current built-in feature. When I reached out to the team, they quickly developed a workaround to help. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. The app is user-friendly and integrates well with our product line. Looking forward to seeing hyperlink functionality as a built-in feature in the future!
