The FAQ Accordion has not worked properly for me. I sent a message for help so I am awaiting a response. It's taking a while for assistance.

Very useful app. Unfortunately, customer service does not respond if you need help or have questions.

I'm really sorry your experience with our support was not a positive one. But I've just checked our ticket system and my colleague replied you in 40 minutes after we get your request. Unfortunately, looks like you never received our email for some reason...
