ChatGPT‑AI Product Description

Its hard to critique a free app doesnt harm your store - (not noticeably at the very least). And I find the review request prompts excessive and obtrusive. In any case, I think the descriptions are decent and worth using.

I noticed that in some cases, the app generates (and regenerates) the same desciption, but for the most part, it comes up with something better. I also find it odd that when the product urls come up in the product descriptions, they are urls @myshopify.com (confusing to the user, if you ask me). Even the store name used in the product description is the old store name. I wonder how this has gone overlooked or unnoticed!

Point is, don't get carried away by the apps functionality; be sure to read every description generated before updating your storefront.

Honestly, I've worked with a lot of product description apps for Shopify and this is by far the best one. It was effortless from the moment I installed it. It listed all my products(even the archived ones) and gave me easy to change descriptions that were better for my product than what I had already come up with.

While the regenerated version definitely reads better, what would be interesting to see is how that revised version ranks on a Google SEO score and what I can do to make it better - I wouldn't mind paying for it too.

This product description AI is fantastic! I don't have to tediously open my product listings one at a time to implement this app. Is very easy to use and I like the sort by options along with the description's tone. Thank you for helping my business grow.

I was so overwhelmed with writing descriptions for all my products! This app has made my life so much easier. The descriptions are on target for most of my itmes with only minor adjustments for some. All this for free! Great addition to my shopify apps.

I recommend this app to any business owner. Not only do they come up with phenomenal descriptions but they save you hours of hard work. The time they save you is the time that you have to work on something else. I would like to use them for more projects.

This is a real time saver. I already use the services of AI regularly on my own but having this integrated into Shopify as an Ap is a real time saver. I'd actually give it 4.5 right now in its current state. My only wish is that it remember changes I make as I progress through Descriptions. The AI takes liberty in offering ways my product can be used that I later correct. If it could remember my input it could be even quicker.

This little app is a gamechanger. Cannot believe this isn't paid. Just fantastic. Easy SEO optimization. Only wish it could edit Meta descriptions etc but you can't get everything!

Really disappointed with this App. The App not only changes the product description box on the admin product page but it also changes the SEO block...so whatever work you've had there gets replaced with the new product description the App writes. Not only that, it writes the SAME THING in both Fields. So whatever it writes in the product descrip field also gets written in the seo field. I don't know that I see anything on their APP about the SEO field. When I questioned them on this, it took over 24 hours to get a response..no Live Chat....no phone #. Their response is shown here:

The AI is doing this, we don't have control over it. I would recommend you edit the description in the HTML editor before submitting it. "
So they know this is happening and don't tell you in advance (?)

very good tool to write good description for websites and shop items. I cant save more than 3 description.
