This is by far was the worst support. I had a huge problem I tried contacting them and no one got back to me. It is upsetting this app charges for such poor quality of support. I emailed them numerous of times from when I first purchased the app over 2 months ago and now. They never got back. From Thursday until today Monday I have still yet to receive a response.

I changed my theme on my store and called support also at Shopify but they could not help me because it belongs to another company. If you have a bunch of products this app takes some time to edit your wording. But once it was up and running it did what it needed to do. I had to deactivate this and get another one. The tabs are very important in my store. The other app was way easier and you did not have to go back and forth like this one. The app I use less time consuming than this one. I would never use this company again. They lack support big time.
