I really like this app because it presents a very simple, easy-to-understand user interface to my customers. It meets my business need when it comes to easily allowing my customers to make their custom design.
They also responded fast after 3 days from the time I emailed them (they're off on that weekend). And they solved my tech problem in relation to their app.
The things that didn't meet my business need was it currently only supports the store's default currency, when my store supports multi-currencies. I also do not know how it integrates to my preferred print-on-demand provider, although the product description in the Shopify app store says that they do support it.
I'll definitely reconsider this app in the near future, when those business needs above are timely addressed.
If you don't have those business needs like mine, then this app maybe for you!

On the first day, I was pleased with the customer service. However, on the second day, when I had additional questions, the response time was noticeably slower. I inquired about extra features and was informed that while these were available, they required an upgrade to a higher-tier plan ($49.99 per month). I accepted the higher price on the condition that I would receive the requested features. Unfortunately, after waiting two days for a demo without any follow-up, I decided to switch my custom product designer to “CUSTOMIFY.” I now find that this new design editor (Customify) better meets my needs and includes all the necessary features.

Once we were ready to show the demo, we shared it and made ourselves available to connect during business hours.

Strong editor, focused mostly on multi-object placement that includes user-driven manipulation of text, stickers, colors, etc. I recommend this for those of us wanting to provide maximum design freedom to the customer while maintaining control of what the customer is capable of doing.
The customer-facing UI feels like a typical simplified graphic editor similar to Pixelmator but stripped down to whatever options you choose for the user to have, and this is perfect for layered designs that customers want to make on-screen.
There are no bounding boxes or static text fields, so all custom text will be placed by the user during customization as well as any uploaded or preset art you've got for them. Text objects must be created by the user independent of your preset.
Since this one didn't quite suit my needs at the moment, I'll be trying something else, but there is a real advantage here to a few of the features I've seen here:
- Vectorized exports (assuming it does not include the background)
- Instant support
- Stencil & art collection organization
- Quick loading
Suggestions:
- Implement bounding boxes to limit appropriate object locations
- Create a static text object driven by user text input that fits within a defined bounding box
- Background removal for uploaded art
- Remove 700x1000 aspect ratio limit on masks
- Allow for the addition of help tags in the customer UI

This app works great! I was able to set everything up as an amateur in development. When using it, I only found out that I was missing something. On enquiring with support, they offered to develop it specially for me. I never expected that answer. And the results are super!

seems to work well, I like it so far. Do need to contact support to get my sizing variants to work right, seems responsive and willing to help. So far, so good.
