On the first day, I was pleased with the customer service. However, on the second day, when I had additional questions, the response time was noticeably slower. I inquired about extra features and was informed that while these were available, they required an upgrade to a higher-tier plan ($49.99 per month). I accepted the higher price on the condition that I would receive the requested features. Unfortunately, after waiting two days for a demo without any follow-up, I decided to switch my custom product designer to “CUSTOMIFY.” I now find that this new design editor (Customify) better meets my needs and includes all the necessary features.

Once we were ready to show the demo, we shared it and made ourselves available to connect during business hours.

Customer support is very helpful and responsive to questions and concerns. The app does what it needs to do. If you're looking for a simple and straightforward product designer app, this is the one.

Update:
The app has little issues such as the clip art no longer showing up and when a customer clicks the customize button sometimes the upload file button does not appear. The app works sometimes.

The function is very good, but the uploaded template image can only show half, I think this is a bug, please solve it as soon as possible
