Apart from certain features being slightly harder to configure, the app has been really great. The customer service is also excellent; we had a minor issue for which we contacted the team and they solved it very fast.

Great app for product personalization! It makes it very easy for customers to design their own products directly on the website. The interface is clear and user-friendly, which is perfect for businesses that offer custom printing like clothing, merchandise, or promotional items.
The customization options such as adding text, uploading images, and using clipart work smoothly and give customers a lot of flexibility. It really helps improve the shopping experience and makes the ordering process much easier.
What I also really appreciated was the support. When I got stuck while editing the application, the support team responded very quickly and helped us immediately. The issue was solved right away, which made the experience even better.
Overall, a very useful app if you want to offer personalized products in your Shopify store.

This app is perfect for my business. Its easy to use and if I need help the team are never far away. I tried other apps before hand but the support was just not there or it took way too long to help me. The team at SB Custom are very quick to respond to any of my queries. I havent had any issues using the app, just needed some help with a couple of things setting up my products. Extremely happy.

2 years later, revisiting the custom design issue. had even made my own in a liquid file, I revisited this app. the updates they made, in the time have dramatically improved the process from the shop side. If you use good product images, 1200x1200 and work through the initial set up on one product, this app can produce the holy grail for small shops, The process is understandable, but tedious for the first product. After that, it will work like a dream//// Currently being used with a product that has 25 variants and it works great. Has a bulk order feature i havent yet explored

Update: They've updated the app it's working well. Their tech support has been responsive and helpful. I've upgraded my review to 5 stars. I've stuck with this app through the upgrades as it has certain customization options the other's I've viewed don't. I recommend it for your business.
