I have loved this so far. Support has responded at the latest within 24 hours, oftentimes faster.
This app has really helped me design my Laser Engraving website and offering the customization options similar to other giants in the industry like Yeti. Looks very professional and love it.
Support has been able to walk me through so much and be helpful with walkthroughs and screenshots. I look forward to continuing use of this app!

What an easy to use app and it gives you so many options for your customers to customize my products. Like any new app to work with there are some things I had to learn on how it works. I worked with support a few times and they were constantly there to help and were very fast. Jay is awesome! I am looking forward to implementing this across all my products.

We've been looking for an easy way to add customization to our products, and this app has been perfect. As this was our first time implementing something like this, we had a couple problems, but the support team was incredibly helpful and guided us through the entire process!

The team is incredible! They are SUPER responsive on their chat feature and helped me with a few set-up issues that I was having. Their team came right in and told me exactly what to do. Would recommend anyone who needs to create custom products! (Colors, logos, etc. and integrates super well with your site)

Strong editor, focused mostly on multi-object placement that includes user-driven manipulation of text, stickers, colors, etc. I recommend this for those of us wanting to provide maximum design freedom to the customer while maintaining control of what the customer is capable of doing.

The customer-facing UI feels like a typical simplified graphic editor similar to Pixelmator but stripped down to whatever options you choose for the user to have, and this is perfect for layered designs that customers want to make on-screen.

There are no bounding boxes or static text fields, so all custom text will be placed by the user during customization as well as any uploaded or preset art you've got for them. Text objects must be created by the user independent of your preset.

Since this one didn't quite suit my needs at the moment, I'll be trying something else, but there is a real advantage here to a few of the features I've seen here:

- Vectorized exports (assuming it does not include the background)
- Instant support
- Stencil & art collection organization
- Quick loading

Suggestions:

- Implement bounding boxes to limit appropriate object locations
- Create a static text object driven by user text input that fits within a defined bounding box
- Background removal for uploaded art
- Remove 700x1000 aspect ratio limit on masks
- Allow for the addition of help tags in the customer UI

We have tested out several other product customizer apps on marketplace. This one is the easiest and most cost effective of them all. Support is outstanding and has quickly resolved any issues that we had. If you are looking for a product customizer for your site, look no further!

I really like this app because it presents a very simple, easy-to-understand user interface to my customers. It meets my business need when it comes to easily allowing my customers to make their custom design.

They also responded fast after 3 days from the time I emailed them (they're off on that weekend). And they solved my tech problem in relation to their app.

The things that didn't meet my business need was it currently only supports the store's default currency, when my store supports multi-currencies. I also do not know how it integrates to my preferred print-on-demand provider, although the product description in the Shopify app store says that they do support it.

I'll definitely reconsider this app in the near future, when those business needs above are timely addressed.

If you don't have those business needs like mine, then this app maybe for you!
