I had such high hopes for this app. The concept is beautiful but the functionality is not. The issue begins with response time on getting help off on weekends and not available during normal hours make it hit and miss. Moving on the next issue is the app has issues functioning on phones and tablets. Which these days are how the world operates. They tell me everything is fine on there end but what does it matter if the customer can’t use it. I tried to fix it by paying for the better package but it’s all the same. Some pictures up load some don’t same file type. Controlling the design area not easy. I’ve spent months working with it and I’ve finally given up. Sorry for the two stars but people should know what they are paying for. Wouldn’t care if it was free but this hasn’t been worth the money.

This app has been a game-changer for our store. From the moment we installed it, everything just worked. The interface is incredibly intuitive, making it super easy to set up custom options without needing any coding knowledge. It lays out beautifully on the screen — both on desktop and mobile — which is a huge plus for our customer experience.
One of the standout features for us has been how seamlessly it handles complex forms. Whether it’s dynamic input fields or file uploads, it performs exactly as expected. The design is clean and responsive, so customers aren’t overwhelmed or confused while placing their orders.
On top of that, the customer service has been outstanding. Anytime we had a question or needed a tweak, their team responded quickly and went above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find an app that combines great functionality with such strong support, but this one nails it.
Highly recommended if you're looking to offer personalized or bulk order forms — this app does it all and does it well.

Best customizer so far and very fast support! But there are still some things to improve - like to show the product variants at the customizer and switch the images if a variant (e.g. color) is selected.

fantastic app, even more fantastic support. quick to reply, willing to help no matter what. the app is much easier to set up and use than other version i tried, and MUCH more affordable.
