Yes, that rating is right! 5-stars for a reason! Look at everyone's review we all aren't wrong, This company knows how to create apps, and create ones that fill void other apps just don't. If the app working exactly like they describe to us, I mean perfect, they are just an email away 24/7. They are all very knowledgeable with all their products, I know cause I email them a lot at all different times. Putting the cherry on top, Bold will sometimes go out of their way and help you with your store, ads, or whatever else it might be. You can honestly tell they care. Oh yeah, can't forget how I got this app in the first place, they run a contest with the prize being a subscription to an app of theirs. At first, I was uneasy and didn't really trust anybody behind the apps that weren't Shopify made, but Bold Apps changed all that and I would download anything of theirs if I needed it.

I'm benefiting from the Product Discount app, and using it in conjunction with Bold's Product Upsell is adding further value to my store. They've got some awesome support staff to. A big shout out to Wally, Dan and Valeria who helped sort out an issue with my theme in running a BOGO offer with their apps. Very pleased.
Nir was very well informed and tried to help me in everyway possible. was very patient with all my questions. and app is just amazing, i just wish once the product gets added to a certain discount group and if we try to add it again, it would give us a warning. nevertheless great app. i am loving it
Customer service is quick and very responsive. Dan was AWESOME and went above and beyond helping me out!!! This is my second BOLD product app (Product Options & Discounts) and I am very happy with both. I'm thinking about getting Bundles in the future...if they will offer me a bundle price that is!

Amazing app!! You can create discounts REAAALLY easy. The best part is the customer service! Challi solved all of my problems! The only "issue" is that the installation is not automatic, so they have to do it and it takes a while.

I was skeptical at first, but This App did exactly what I needed it to do. Quick & Fast. I was able to Launch a Sale in my store in 5 minutes. I love how easy it is to put a Collection on Sale or just a few items. Plus it makes the Sale Look Good with the Countdown Clock. So Far So Good!
