Slow and horrible customer service. I wasted an hour with Rajni in the live chat and it was like talking to a brick wall, as he kept ignoring the issues I had.

Once again, Bold let me down. Set this up to launch Black Friday Deals. Went in to change the dates to launch oat Midnight on Thanksgiving and it every time I would set the date, it would change it to the current date. Then when revising one of the dates and times, it went live and took $20 off every item on our site. Since it is so slow to update, Had to unistall the app to stop the bleeding. ...

I would need 2 of the BOLD apps to offer a free product with another one or offer one at % cost. I am a small business and its is far too expensive for my small business with about 2 offersevery 3 months

Can't even use it. I paid $20 just to find out after the first day that my inventory management system would make this app useless for me. I uninstalled it after 2 days, but Bold still got their money. It would be nice if the developer would include some sort of disclaimer stating that the app will stop all of your sales if you use a 3rd party inventory management system.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save your $$. If you are buying this to be able to do BOG offers like I did, DON'T. Come to find out if you want to do a true "buy one full price, get one at 50% off" you have to create upsell offers for every single item in your store. It's a shame that I have to give one star, this is officially the worst app I encountered in the shopify app store. Since I installed this app my product lists are just ruined. 1% of the time the app does what it should do and that's showing a discount. Does not work well with Spocket. It slashes Spockets compared at prices rather than the price I set, so you can't actually see the discount, because the price doesn't change, and it messed up the theme of my store and now I can't fix it.

The app bugged my Currency Converter App, 4 hours before our Worldwide Black Friday Campaign. Not live support at this moment. They didn't inform that the app is not compatible to this kind of app, and it is really ruining the most important day of the year for our business. I'll update my review if they solve my problem within the next few hours.
