Customer service is non-existent. Don't install this app unless you're confident that you won't need to use it within the 14 day trial period, and be prepared to have to wait longer than that.

I had an excellent support experience with Harpreet & Guri from the Bold team. Really stellar service! They kept me on chat with them until the issue was 100% resolved and tested. They truly saved the day. If there was a 6th star option I would have clicked that.

I was excited about the app and their suite of products but a bad support experience pointed me elsewhere. Inept support more concerned about their positive/negative rating than actually providing support. Lack of communication and finger-pointing when action not taken. Slow response - problem left unsolved. I ended up going with another app that does the same thing. Sour taste left for BOLD and I will be avoiding all of their products going forward.
