This app was a blessing for our Black Friday discounts on thesensiblemama.com - It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I can't imagine running a sale or promotion without it. I understand that it is now integrated with KIT. Although I have not tried kit with Product Discount, I am looking forward to doing so.

I've tried to like Bold Apps, I really have. And I'm not one to write a poor review without first trying to make an attempt to contact them numerous time. But there support has been completely non-existent. I've tried an app over a year ago and when I wrote to them just about a general inquiry, I never received a reply and since then found another app with much better response times. Last week I decided to give bold discounts a try and requested installation. It's been a week and once again I have tried contacting them and nothing. Supposed to have a 14 day trial, but cannot even use the app and now I'm down to 8 days left and still no way for the app to function on my site. If they are busy, I understand. But better communication would be best as to at least let me know if they received my request.

Good app, but be careful of how to use it: you better use collections to group your discounts together instead of using the selector by default

I would give it zero stars if I could. Very unclear instructions and when I went to stop and restart the sale it removed all items from my sale collection. Removed tags from my shopify site that it did not put there. Now having to manually enter over 1000 product tags. Nothing they can do. One of the biggest sale days of the year ruined.

Ticket #1118678 resolved quickly and friendly. I like the app a lot, though wish there were more payment options. I barely use it and so $20/month is a little steep.

Amazing app!! You can create discounts REAAALLY easy. The best part is the customer service! Challi solved all of my problems! The only "issue" is that the installation is not automatic, so they have to do it and it takes a while.
