If you are using the App on it's own and you're using no other apps in your store then it is great and does what it's supposed to. Bold's customer support is also great, so from that point of view I can definitely recommend them.

However, if you're using other apps, their apps constantly interfere with those and don't work properly. In this specific case I am using another app for wholesale pricing. I constantly list new products in my online store, but if you duplicate a product that is on sale in order to list a new one, the Bold app causes havoc in the shopping cart showing a completely wrong total, even when no items that are on sale are in the shopping cart. This has resulted in customers overpaying their orders. It's rather embarrassing!
I had another app conflict with Bold's Wholesale app before I gave up and installed the other one (which works perfectly with no bugs), where the interference of it with another app lead to negative stock that for some reason people were able to buy.
Unless Bold can figure out how to make apps that work 100% like my other apps, I won't be installing any more new apps from them. It's a shame.

This App is a lot better than having to go in manually and add discount codes, Now having to go get Product Upsell to add so we can do BOGO offers.

Well so much for Black Friday sales. This App is down half of the time and is extremely slow. Half of the items I wanted to put on sale were not on sale. They when I went to change things around today, you could not even access the app -- fatal error is all you get. My sales were 50% lower today than a normal day!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Proven to be very effective and easy to use once you follow some simple direction. I'm no where near a cider but was able to follow directions and apply all code easily.

To start out with we are using a suite of Bold apps. Customer Pricing, Product Options, Product Upsell, Loyalty Points, Product Discount and Bold Brain. All of the apps working together have allowed us to expand and manage multiple aspects of our business. Customer Pricing allows us to target specific customer groups for professional discount programs by industry. We use targeted marketing to promote registering for the special discount programs. The customers in these groups are tagged and see adjusted pricing as soon as they login to the store. The ease at which the discounting is handled has encouraged the users in these groups to purchasing more frequently.

The majority of our catalog is customized or personalized and requires a degree of complexity in presenting the various offerings. Product Options allows us to manage those complex products. Product Upsell allows us to present complementary products when specific products are purchased, Product Discount allows us to create BOGOs, Sales and special promotions all designed to increase revenue. Loyalty Points allows us to build interest and repeat business. All of these apps working together have helped to increase activity in the store. The fact that they are all Bold apps makes them easy to manage and gives us access to the excellent Bold support team

These guys are amazing. They have saved the day 2 years in a row for me on Black Friday weekend. Most importantly, they are available to help on the eve of Black Friday and the morning of Black Friday - the busiest times of the year for ecommerce. Other companies/apps not only don't have the chat feature available, but they don't respond for a week. When it really matters, these guys are there for you, with no wait time (great when you are panicking) and fix issues even if they didn't cause them. I can't say enough great things about the support (Brysen especially.) And the apps themselves, the BEST. I use 4 of them and each one performs perfectly. Thank you, Bold. Great apps, amazing service, if I could give 10 stars, I would.

Really disappointed. The app has several limitations: 1) It is not possible to import or export products while the sales are on. In my case it means than I cannot sync my stock. 2) Yes, there is a sales clock wich indicates the expiration time. But you only can see it when you enter in the product detalis file. The effect of the flash sale disappears. 3) Is not possible to customizace the clock. If your clients are English spoken it doesn't matter. In my case, it is a disadvantage.

You can customizace tle clock and other functions if you buy an expensive ticket, wich costs more than the application.

The app is full of misfunctions. You cannot trust on it. After a month, I wont use it never more.
