SLOW... no options, and no stats... used twice and it was a nightmare, every time we had to turn on to test or turn off, had to wait like 30 mins for it to complete....much better ways to accomplish this by simple exports/imports using bulk edit tags etc... and did I mention SLOWWW. Heck I just noticed we been paying for this for years... heck I thought we cancelled it after the trial.. and its $20/month! It's not worth $2/month seriously... and did I mention SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW? Will be removing now.

Sorry for your negative experience with our app. Appreciate the feedback however, we'll let the developers know to look into speeding up sync time.

I've been using Bold Discounts for some years. We've recently integrated our stock inventory with an API connection. Since then our promotions have stopped working. Every morning we have to manually reset all our offers. We sent several emails to the support team at Bold Commerce and we are extremely disappointed with their support. Firstly we were forgotten about and now we've now been told that it could take a minimum of 2 weeks just to investigate!!! This is not good enough especially when its a business critical problem. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The app was ok when it worked, but I suggest that you don't download due to their poor after service.

Terrible app and terrible support, the app would not turn on properly for black Friday (variants wouldn't sync - had to reach out to support to trigger it). When it did turn on the app applied discounts twice (which caused a lot of havoc with customers and our stores). I set up the date range for BFCM and the app also didn't turn off properly so now I have to go through and manually update the prices back to their original in Shopify. I purchased the original Discounts in full and now I'm being forced to upgrade and pay a monthly fee which they said would never happen. Now I'm out my original investment and have nothing to show for it. I'm beyond pissed and no one will even bother to fix the issue.

Just reinstalled this app yesterday. It charged me $99 and then would not install to our shopify URL. No feedback from support, very disappointed!

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW***** Great APP. Nice it was a 1 time payment and now i can use it as often as i want. perfect for creating sales for the holidays. NOW that they have upgraded the app my one time fee is obviously no longer valid. Now it wants to force me to upgrade to a monthly plan. When i contacted BOLD they sent me a link so that i could resume using the software i had already paid for in the past--- this link takes me to a new one time $99 fee. What happened to the one time fee I paid in the beginning? If i try to use the app without upgrading I get an error message and i am locked out. I GUESS A ONE TIME FEE IS only a ONE time fee when they feel like it.

discounts haven't been loading all week, minimal support although I've sent maximum tickets and live chat to try and get it sorted my end most of which has been ignored, this is holding up my store and costing me big time!

I keep receiving an error 500 all the time on this app which is really frustrating. No way to resolve.

Worst App.. This App doesn't work. We subscribed and paid long time back. But the app just simply do it's basic job. Not Recommended

The app has bug that sometimes changes price to 0 after disabling sale added through this app and sometimes sale didn't even removed from products even after disabling the sale through app.

Upon reporting the issue the app developer told to keep the issue live to check this clearly doesn't makes any sense. We showed them screenshots but they want to see the live issues. They want us to keep the 0 value products live so they check and in the meantime customers keeps ordering those affected products and there's not way to fix all affected products at once. You've to manually update all products because price information completely removed by this app.

If you've thousands of products don't use this app. You'll end up fixing most of the products manually that will consume enough time. Their support is terrible and slow. There's no such term priority in their support activities. Shopify agent told us that bold commerce is working on this issue and when we contacted bold commerce through their chat they said the co-worker will be available next day.

Extremely disappointed.
