Very impressed! The customer service team responds very quickly and do their best to help. I was helped by Dan and Graeme in two different cases and they have both been very clear and prompt with their solutions.
We are starting to explore more sales options for our customers. When we first installed we had a few issues with discounts showing but customer support helped was excellent and fixed the problem in no time.

I just watched 2 sales slip through as my discount was having issues mid promotion. No sense of urgency with help support live chat....2-3 days for a "specialist". I used to love Bold, and have many of their apps. However, based on this experience I'll be deleting them.
Also of note, production options does not work with product discount showing the real time pricing change. I was told I would have to pay for customization which is silly.
So, Bold COST me money, therefore, 1 star review. They lose all of my trust based on this.

A few technical issues getting the app installed within our theme customer service has been great in working with us to get the issues resolved. Aside from a few hiccups I'm loving the app.

Great App. Highly recommended. Used to promote my product for a 3 day SALE. Easy to use and create discounts
The app worked ok for me for a while until I just spent 7 hours editing every product manually on my website because the app got stuck loading and loading and brought every item down from $45 and above to $1 or $2.00 and you can only imagine how many sales came in the meantime this was happening so I had to cancel all the orders and refund all the clients. I reached out to bold and no one got back to me. They NEED TO FIX THIS! This mistake cost me more money than what I've paid the app in all the time I've had it.
Easy and straight forward! So much better than the vanilla discount functionality with Shopify! GREAT for organizing BFCM deals!
