Bohužel není jak jinak se s Vámi spojit. S aplikací jsme spokojeni, ale včera se nám strhla platba i přesto, že máme Vaši aplikaci odinstalovanou a nepoužíváme ji. Ani Shopify už nás necharguje, protože jsme obchod zmrazili a pracujeme na redesignu. Žádám Vás proto o vrácení včera stržené platby. Děkuji

Billing si řeší Shopify samo a pravděpodobně už jste načali nový měsíc před odinstalováním, takže se vám platba strhnula v dalším "platícím" období.
