ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, DO NOT BUY! You almost think it`s a scam, given the poor state of the app. I tried to create a custom CSV feed for one our our sales channels and the troubleshooting process is now in it`s second week. Categories are missing every time I open the feed configurator, values from the metafields are sometimes shown, sometimes not. Support sees my feed complete, whereas myself and our integration partner constantly see missing values.
Please save yourself some time and try a different app!

With regards to Categories, you had 3 types of categories, 2 were meta fields and the other was a universal product category/taxonomy that has to be mapped as part of your feed setup in the app. This universal taxonomy/categorization was initially skipped during your initial feed setup which rendered that Category column blank.

Really wanted this to work, but I could never get it to - don't really know why. Support was really friendly and tried hard to fix the problem.
The app has a lot of potential but can be slow to load at times.
Support are keen to help but fixes to bugs (yes they are bugs even though they say they aren't) within the platform can be very slow.
Help links don't work and you get sent to article doesn't exist errors and the inventory filter doesn't save what it says the condition is e.g. greater than saves as equal to or greater than.
Just needs some attention to detail and documentation so if you want to just dump all products into a feed then this is the app for you.
Sadly not for us and we have moved to a different provider.

The set up was relatively simple, we encountered a number of errors trying to get our products on to Amazon but the support was quite quick to respond and were very helpful.
The only negative I would say is the lack of control over the feed (being able to do an if statement when matching feed titles would be a great feature) and generally not very clear to understand with how it works.
If you just want your products up on a marketplace then this is great, but if you want full control over your feed then it's maybe not the best option.
They setup 1 out of 2 feeds (Google; but not Amazon) over a two week period; with wasting so much of my time... wish I never started with them.
It seems like ultimate app for e-commerce store that should be at every marketpalce. From other side it is not user-friendly and takes MUCH TIME to understand how everything goes. Hope see result from it. Owner of https://nfl-gears.com
The developer is based in Ghana, Africa. Customer support consists of "Samuel Tuffuor" who will send you automated e-mails even after you uninstall the app. He promised to get my feed working when he got "to the office" but never followed up.
Terrible App that shouldn't be allowed on the Shopify Store at all.
Great app, and stellar customer service. I've tested several feed generator apps before in order to create some heavily customized feeds for some applications, and this was definitely jackpot. Emphasis on customer service, the FeedGeni team has set up several custom feeds for me after my enquiry free of charge after I've installed the app. Definitely recommend!
This is not a good app if you are a novice like me. I actually got charged $19.99 the first day, which i was supposed to be on the Free Trail Period. This is a bait and switch. i tried to ask for my money back the following day and the rep was very rude and basically told me because I had already tried pulling data over to Amazon that i could not get a refund. I don't believe that is what there refund policy states. Also, I was really asking for help as I received several errors on my initial download and the advice I got was contact your supplier.
It does not work at all. After i contacted customer service, which by the way take for ever to answer, they could asnwer my question.
