Quick and friendly response from the team. The app does all it needs for my one feed, one-product-shop.

This app is very intuitive and simple to use. The customer care help you for all problems immediately and find together a solution. In one occasion we get a call, so the best help center in the hystory.

EDIT: I'm changing the review from 1 star to 3 stars for their effort to helping me here pretty quickly. The issues do still exist but they are willing to listen and resolve them. I'm pretty suspicious of these reviews here considering how many things just don't work on the app. Feed doesn't import new products. It erases Facebook category matching. No idea how long this has been like this but it's pretty pricey for not to be aware of this.

Great! They were working until my products were online. I will do the upgrade to get all my products online!

The app has a lot of potential but can be slow to load at times.

Support are keen to help but fixes to bugs (yes they are bugs even though they say they aren't) within the platform can be very slow.

Help links don't work and you get sent to article doesn't exist errors and the inventory filter doesn't save what it says the condition is e.g. greater than saves as equal to or greater than.

Just needs some attention to detail and documentation so if you want to just dump all products into a feed then this is the app for you.

Sadly not for us and we have moved to a different provider.

Love how quickly the team built the automated feed for me. No issues or concern with how support supported me. Great experience would recommend.

Exceed expectations. The default setup is somewhat helpful, but with minor tweaks that takes literally 5 minutes (including reading the instructions), and with no code at all, we've managed to create an awesome box.
I write this review after we ran a test campaign to send traffic. one week with, one week without the box. The average order increased from 1.08 items per order to 1.47 items per order, which is impressive by all standards.

Easy to use app and works as described. Allows me to maintain a high quality product feed customizable to my needs. They have very helpful and responsive support that you can chat with directly in the app. It is reasonably priced and the best Shopping Feed App I've used with Shopify so far!

It does not work at all. After i contacted customer service, which by the way take for ever to answer, they could asnwer my question.

since app update download feature is unavailable and most of the app is un responsive, contacted support the email platform crashed so had to start a live chat and asked how i can download my feed the response to this was its not working and they dont know when it will be working

Great service and company, best prices and product on the market and also the best customer service.

I've been using retailtower pro on seven sites for a number of years. It's easy to set up, scalable, and the customer service is top notch. Responses to email always come in less than a day and live chat is instant. Every issue I've EVER had has been fixed with the utmost level of care and attentiveness, and there's no way I could manage my sales channels and inventory without these guys. HIGHLY recommended.

after 8 months working with the app paying for 2 enterprise subscriptions i am totally disappointed, if the app worked and the support network didnt lie then it would be great, neither of our accounts have been updating daily to send the latest feed to the merchant centre and we need to log in to press update feed every day to do this, whilst not a pain for 6 months support have been telling us it will be fixed and guess what it hasn't,

then i tried the analytics link and it doesn't work they have too many accounts linked to the email address they use, again i was told try tomorrow it will 100% work and guess what it doesn't ,

they have the basis of a good app perhaps they need to sack and replace their support staff asap

This is not a good app if you are a novice like me. I actually got charged $19.99 the first day, which i was supposed to be on the Free Trail Period. This is a bait and switch. i tried to ask for my money back the following day and the rep was very rude and basically told me because I had already tried pulling data over to Amazon that i could not get a refund. I don't believe that is what there refund policy states. Also, I was really asking for help as I received several errors on my initial download and the advice I got was contact your supplier.

Sometimes slow, but the app is very useful. Definitely recommended.

I am surprised Shopify doesn't have a datafeed feature. With price comparison websites being crucial, we definitely needed a solution. Retailtowelpro allowed us to list our products on obscure Australian price comparison websites. It worked with all of them.

Really appreciated all of the help. Response was instant & person was very knowledgeable and patient. Got the feeds working & very pleased because in the past when I was doing manual feeds on my own I had errors but with Retailpower we have no errors so I expect that I'll get better performance from the Merchant Center now. The set up was relatively simple, we encountered a number of errors trying to get our products on to Amazon but the support was quite quick to respond and were very helpful.

The only negative I would say is the lack of control over the feed (being able to do an if statement when matching feed titles would be a great feature) and generally not very clear to understand with how it works.

If you just want your products up on a marketplace then this is great, but if you want full control over your feed then it's maybe not the best option.

Great App which makes uploading to Google and comparison sites really easy. Latest update was also great improvement.

We've had a little issues, but all in all so far so good.

I do not know what I would do without this app when it comes to Shopping engine data feeds. Very helpful and worth any penny. When you're investing money on Google Shopping Ads you will understand :-)

As of 19th January 2016:

* eBay marketplace functionality (I couldn't even install it) was broken. Told this was in beta.
* Amazon Marketplace - advertised as a marketplace, but not available.

Awful. How can Shopify recommend this?

I sell apparel and the app was able to import all attributes like size and color for my variants and the feed was perfect. For those products that don't have attributes from my store, I was able to use their ATTRIBUTE MAPPING feature to set them in my feeds. Great app!!!

The developer is based in Ghana, Africa. Customer support consists of "Samuel Tuffuor" who will send you automated e-mails even after you uninstall the app. He promised to get my feed working when he got "to the office" but never followed up.

Terrible App that shouldn't be allowed on the Shopify Store at all.

We've ran into a number of issues with this application. If you're just using it for Google Shopping there is also a free app available for this that works better.

Great way to establish a Google Shopping Product feed for the first time.

Amazing support by Retail Tower. One of RT's staff walked me through the whole process of uploading my product feed to Bing and Amazon. He was very patient with me since it's hard to figure out how to upload those feed by myself. In my opinion, Retail Tower now is way much better than the free RT back in the day. 5 stars for the new version. Keep up the good work RT team! Highly recommend!

Amazing product, and customer service is really helpful when you run into issues. We were able to resolve a small issue in 5 minutes via a conference meeting.
