after 8 months working with the app paying for 2 enterprise subscriptions i am totally disappointed, if the app worked and the support network didnt lie then it would be great, neither of our accounts have been updating daily to send the latest feed to the merchant centre and we need to log in to press update feed every day to do this, whilst not a pain for 6 months support have been telling us it will be fixed and guess what it hasn't,
then i tried the analytics link and it doesn't work they have too many accounts linked to the email address they use, again i was told try tomorrow it will 100% work and guess what it doesn't ,
they have the basis of a good app perhaps they need to sack and replace their support staff asap
Exceed expectations. The default setup is somewhat helpful, but with minor tweaks that takes literally 5 minutes (including reading the instructions), and with no code at all, we've managed to create an awesome box.
I write this review after we ran a test campaign to send traffic. one week with, one week without the box. The average order increased from 1.08 items per order to 1.47 items per order, which is impressive by all standards.

Sometimes slow, but the app is very useful. Definitely recommended.
Amazing customer service. Installed apps before where there was close to 0% response. Support at RetailTower app is 100% for customer service and prompt responses. Responded within 12 hours and resolved/had answered all my questions within 48hours. Thank you

EDIT: I'm changing the review from 1 star to 3 stars for their effort to helping me here pretty quickly. The issues do still exist but they are willing to listen and resolve them. I'm pretty suspicious of these reviews here considering how many things just don't work on the app. Feed doesn't import new products. It erases Facebook category matching. No idea how long this has been like this but it's pretty pricey for not to be aware of this.

Thank you for your review. Just to clarify a few points, I did look for the product you are talking about and it is in the app, this might be you were looking for it at the wrong part of the app. It does import new products every 24hrs as mentioned in the app.
Also on the Facebook category does match and I see it correctly matched in your feed. I have however sent you a personal email, kindly do respond to it and I will work with you and explain things to you about your concerns.
NB: You are currently on our $19.99 plan and I understand price can be a little sensitivity during this time of global pandemic. But it is the best we can offer to keep the company running, looking at the fact that what we offer for $19.99 is offered by others for $49.

Not my favorite app, but seems to be the only one that supports Amazon marketplace and Shopify integration. Will update my review when I'm no longer running into issues.
