The support is great: Responding fast + Angelika was very patient with me.

I use the app to charge fees on almost each product I offer. Unfortunately the calculation becomes slow if the carts are having a lot of items.

Update: Same fast and efficient service to reinstall the app when we updated our theme to Shopify 2.0. Used the offered free installation service which was completed within a day. Communication and resolution of a couple of issues was excellent. This combined with very helpful answers to my questions makes this easy to recommend.

The app is great, works perfectly. A really helpful tool that fulfills all our needs. But the best of installing this app in our store was all the help we received from the support team. It just works, and for that, we're thankful. It's highly customizable with every condition you could want to pick where and when the fees apply. But most impressive of all is the customer service. We had some issues with the initial setup, and they just took over and fixed it for us. Then we asked about moving the position of the order fee in the cart, and they just did it for us. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Great app with amazing customer support. Their entire support team is on top of everything and very fast to respond! This app allows us to create a required weight adjustment surcharge. Being a cheese shop we hand cut all our cheeses/meats to order so it's very important to us to have this. Shopify doesn't allow you to add surcharges or markup so this app makes it happen. I spoke to a few different people and everyone has been super nice and helped with getting us all setup! Thank you again and keep up the good work!

I have been looking for an app like this for quite some time, Very glad I came across this app. Their Support helped me install it but some app was causing it to malfunction. It took 2 days for support to get back to me about why the app is not working but Angelika Trubko helped me to resolve the problem. The app does take a bit long to load and need improvement on that aspect further than that it is an awesome app and worth the monthly fee.
