Erfüllt seinen Zweck recht simpel und leicht zu bedienen. Keine Probleme.
Nur der Preis ist jetzt für die simple Aufgabe etwas hoch finde ich. Am Ende sollte eine extra Fee aufgrund bestimmter Produkte eine simple Funktion in Shopify sein ohne dafür zahlen zu müssen.

Increased the prices of all my products by 33%!
Thank you for your feedback. Actually, this is technically impossible. Our app does not have permission or functionality to change your product prices. We only add fees at checkout; we never touch your original price tags. The 33% increase you’re seeing must be caused by a theme setting or another app. I’ve already sent you an email to help you find the real cause - let's fix this together!
Not recommended this app. The app cannot fulfill what I need and customer service representative agreed about that. After that, I uninstalled it and still charged me 9.99 even within 14 days free trail. I don't know why!!!

It looks like you initially installed and activated the app’s free trial back in June 2023. Since the trial period is only available once, it had already expired by the time you reactivated the app on April 26, 2025.
As a result, when you approved the app charge on that date, it automatically started a paid subscription without a new trial period.
We've gone ahead and issued a refund for the latest app charge invoiced on May 4, 2025 for the billing period Apr 26, 2025 – May 26, 2025 on May 5, 2025.
The amount should be back to the source account as per the bank's processing timelines.

So far I'm really pleased with this app. Its adding the US tariff fee at the checkout so I don't need to add it onto shipping. I'm not that tech savvy, so the support (Maggie) has been super helpful and patient with some issues I had.

This app was a a godsend with the introduction of tariffs on the products we sell into the United States. It took a little configuring and working with tech support to get it working how we needed but we're really happy with the result. I'm not sure what we would be doing now if it wasn't for this app. Their customer service is really responsive and helpful as well.

I don't normally leave reviews but these guys went way above and beyond to help me so I couldn't not! The app has been a lifesaver in being able to charge the US tariff fees that I'm now having to pay when shipping goods there. Despite watching all the helpful videos I was still stuck, so they went in and changed the necessary settings for me. Not only that but they replied several times to my initial struggles on a Sunday, which I absolutely wasn't expecting at all! Very very helpful people, highly recommend!

We’ve been using the Upcharge app and it has worked exactly as we needed. I had a few issues with the initial configuration, but Angie and Evgeniya were incredibly helpful in getting everything resolved straight away. Their support was prompt, clear, and genuinely above and beyond.

We needed this app for a particular use case to charge shipping on products that are certain marked in the backend as "don't require shipping" for technical reasons. So far it works really well and support has been super helpful and responsive with customizing the look and feel, answering questions and resolving any issues along the way
