UpCharge Fees Addons Surcharge

This app allows us to add a mandatory processing fee. Works great and the staff is very responsive.

We are using this app in a few of our stores now and we find are experiences consistently positive. Team members Dmitry, Alexey & Angelika are always professional, prompt, and kind.

Support is excellent and highly responsive, but truly the app is a bit quirky. If you use a hidden fee that is % based, your customers may see an extremely high amount of products in their cart, which I think will really hurt conversions.

I own a floral distribution business and needed a way to add a percentage to the cart during major floral holidays in order to make up for increased flower costs (valentine's day and mother's day). The team here set it up for me at no charge and helped me with some adjustments to get it right. Very easy to work with and the app works just as described. I'm very pleased overall.
