The App works as it should. But the Support is stellar! I have been in contact with them due to various very specific issues and they were not only kind and helpful but also incredibly fast.
This made using the App an absolute pleasure.
The best support team I have ever experienced, we had a slight issue with their app but this was ok as their support team replied and fixed it as quick as possible!
Terrible doesnt work. No matter what I do the widget doesnt show up. Do not recommend this app. No support

The app is a theme extension and should work after you activate the embed in the theme settings. But in some cases, if your theme is non-standard, highly customized or there is an external code, that conflicts with our code, you might need to specify your theme’s unique selectors in the app’s settings to make it work.
Unfortunately, we didn't manage to find any support requests from you in our system to be able to assist.

We had some issues with the theme we are on pulling incorrect data on the cart page and can say that the support team came through huge for us. They were able to get in and clean up the code/styling to fix the issue and get the app working sat 100%. Thank you to Angelika and her team for helping us out and fixing the issue we were running into!
We utilize this App to add an order processing fee on all of our orders. Any time we have an issue with the processing fee we reach out to Mageworx. They are always quick to respond and are very timely in helping out with any issues that may be happening. The issues we mainly had were proper installation/implementation into our website. They made it quick and painless with all the help they provide.
The new version of the app is even better than the first one! The load times in the Cart are now so fast, you barely feel them.
The app simply does what it should do. The Support is really great, i often reached out to them because i had a question/issue with my app and the often answered in just a few minutes!
