This app is super handy! We use it to easily add shipping insurance to orders. And the support team is awesome – they're super knowledgeable, always find solutions fast, and super responsive.

Increased the prices of all my products by 33%!
Thank you for your feedback. Actually, this is technically impossible. Our app does not have permission or functionality to change your product prices. We only add fees at checkout; we never touch your original price tags. The 33% increase you’re seeing must be caused by a theme setting or another app. I’ve already sent you an email to help you find the real cause - let's fix this together!
App could be better and there is no scope for enhanced features or customisable options.
In terms of adding fees and surcharges, the function does not do well in shopping carts and customers can delete the option which defeats the purpose in the first place.

The Order Surcharge & Product Fees app works well for us. We did hit a theme incompatibility issue but their dev team was quick to rectify the situation.
