We have had this app on our store for some time and while it always gave us a good service working around the Shopify shortcomings, at some point some fees would just not show anymore.
After talking to the support team found out that a new system was in place, cleaner, more effective and it was just a matter of creating the fees again.

I absolutely love the Upcharge App. I’ve been using it for over 6 years now and its allowed me to open up a new channel of sales by offering a rush service option for my products. Not only have I been able to earn extra income, the team (shout out to the Devs and Javid) have been so incredible and open to new features and listened to all my feedback.
