I absolutely love the Upcharge App. I’ve been using it for over 6 years now and its allowed me to open up a new channel of sales by offering a rush service option for my products. Not only have I been able to earn extra income, the team (shout out to the Devs and Javid) have been so incredible and open to new features and listened to all my feedback. Recently they sent out an email asking if there was anything I could think of that they could do and improve on. Not only did they listen to my idea, the devs were like ninjas and installed it on my site!! And they are so fast, they finished it in less than 24 hours. I went to check the code myself and the documentation and instruction in the code was next level. Very through, explained how it worked and what it could and could not do. We have had this app on our store for some time and while it always gave us a good service working around the Shopify shortcomings, at some point some fees would just not show anymore.
After talking to the support team found out that a new system was in place, cleaner, more effective and it was just a matter of creating the fees again.
