Good app, it allows me to add the fees for tariff collection for US based customers and functions as needed. Support has always resolved issues in a timely manner and has always responded to all support requests through their chat feature.
The app itself does exactly what we need it to do and at a reasonable price. We did have a bug with the app but customer support were quick to respond to our message, explain what the issue was in detail and resolved it very quickly.
Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We’re glad the app is meeting your needs and that our support team could quickly identify and resolve the issue. We really appreciate your trust and support! 🙌
The app stopped working for me (user error due to a theme update) and Zia from support was very helpful in getting it back up and running for me. It's very helpful being able to customize fees so thoroughly, especially with the headache of tariff fees being introduced. Very useful app and good customer support.
Thank you so much for the feedback! We’re glad you’re happy with the app and our support. 😊
