Just what I've been looking for to help with the new US tariffs! I had a little bit of a configuration issue and despite dropping an email to support at the weekend the team responded, Angie, Polina and Vitali are all amazing.
There was investigation, follow ups, clear communication, and most of all, care. All the things that make great customer support.
It also worth pointing out that the configuration issue was down to my misinterpretation of a section of preferences, not an issue with the application itself.

It’s essential for the U.S. tariffs. When I was having trouble with the app, their support was amazing. Thank you, Angie and Evgeniya! Don’t hesitate to reach out to the team—they’re incredibly kind and helpful.
One pro tip from me: when testing the app, make sure to select your own country as well, not just the U.S. It should work properly then. If something doesn’t show up, it’s likely due to your IP address.
